Treat Yo’ Self

Hey guys! Just a quick little blurb here, an addition to a conversation I had today at work, not with you lol

So not so long ago when the weekend came along or pay day would come along, I’d think, man, I sure have worked hard, I deserve ______(full in the blank). I did this with going out an eating, or clothing, odd and end trinkets that I found adorable, luxury items. How was that treating myself? 

I know find that treating myself to a workout or slipping $20 into my retirement fund just as rewarding. That’s actually treating myself, not throwing away time, energy and money.  I’m far for perfect and no where near where I’d like to be, but consider these options when you consider treating your self! I hope you find your way soon then I did!
