I have ordered my third Stitch Fix-Fix. I think this is a really cool service for people who are really busy, live away from shops, or people like me, who don't know what is hip or groovy or whatever it is kids say these days. Okay, so maybe I am not quite that far removed, but I do have a hard time at keeping up with the trends, and quite frankly, I can dress others well, but myself, not so much. This might be a topic for another time, the inner most dimensions of my mind.
For this Stitch Fix I have it set to arrive in time for my 33 birthday. Nothing like sending presents to yourself! HAHA! While I have enjoyed the boxes that I have received in the past, its not practical in my life to order often. When I am not at work cooking for hundreds of kids (shout out to my lunch ladies out there) I am at home playing house with my family. There isn't much going out in my super small, mid-west, town. But it is a super fun way to mix things up on occasion. As always I am a huge supporter of referral and promo codes, so look around or feel free to use my link at https.//www.stitchfix.com/referral/14283312?som=c&sod=i
The thing I really like about this subscription box is that you can schedule it as often or frequent as you like. Every week. once a month, even just once. I would suggest downloading the app just for the ease of ordering. There is a place to write a note to your stylist to let them know what your looking for. In my note this time I let her know that I am not looking for a big splurge, that I am just looking for super casual pieces that I can incorporate into my current simple wardrobe.
My Stitch Fix came one day early, which was absolutely perfect! It was great to give myself a little extra time to go threw everything. This time I took the time to record it and make an unboxing video for you guys! I will link the video down below!
Okay lets dig in! This go around I asked for simple, casual pieces that would help me get into that fall mindset, be a little different than my go to outfits, and not break the bank. I asked my stylist, Sarah, for a miracle. She absolutely delivered!
First out of the box was a grey shirt from Staccato, and I really adore it! Next was a dark pink Papermoon shirt what had a strap weave on the back, super cute. Third out of the box was an olive green Papermoon shirt that was open on the back (think reverse cardigan), very on trend. Next up was the softest jeans I have ever felt by Vigoss. And lastly was a dark green and navy plaid shirt that is really cute, and super fall vibes.
All in all I was super impressed with the box and think I will be reordering when it gets a little closer to the holidays. For a closer look check out the YouTube unboxing videohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qK_yIkF_ysA&t=5s
