Sephora K-Beauty Skin Innovation Unboxing & First Impression

When the notification came into my Sephora inbox about the first ever K-Beauty box, I ordered it before I finished reading the description. There were two options when ordering, skin tone medium/tan and fair. I went with medium/tan. The website says that this will come with six trial size products that combine skin first science and innovation with major cuteness and style. I'm game!

The box came with six samples, as well as note cards that go with each product. The cards give a brief description of the product, how to use, and where at in your routine to use it. There was also an invitation to watch a Crash Course video on YouTube about the products. The Crash Course is going up live and they will be answering questions, but also will be kept online in case you miss the live stream.

Belif, The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb; Says its a nourishing face cream that provides intense hydration and smooths skin. I am not sure about the smoothing part only trying it out for one day so far, but my face does feel super hydrated, which is no simple task with the condition of my skin this week (its went a little crazy, I have been eating a lot of junk this week at a family reunion and then the kids being on fall break from school and my routine just being off). I used this product twice today, morning and night in place of my regular moisturizer. I will continue to use, undetermined if I will be repurchasing, but would recommend.

Belif, Moisturizing Eye Bomb; This product is already part of my night time routine. Says its a lightweight firming eye cream that diminishes the look of fine lines and wrinkles. I attest to that. I find that I don't necessarily notice a difference right away, but if I skip a night I notice that my under eye looks dull and has a lot of baby wrinkles that I hadn't noticed before. Will be repurchasing.

Erborian, CC Crème High Definition Radiance Face Cream Skin Perfector in Regular; Says color correcting face cream blurs fine lines, evens skin tone, and protects from UV rays. This went on easy. At first it covered some redness I had, then made my skin a little on the pink side, but after about ten minutes when it was totally dry it looked great. Super light coverage, which is what I prefer on most days. Couldn't tell I was wearing it, totally melted into the skin. I will be repurchasing this. I would like to see how this looks under makeup as well.

Saturday Skin, Rub-A-Dub Refining Peel Gel; Says it uses natural papaya enzymes to sweep away impurities, leaving skin smooth and bright. I generally have a hard time with exfoliants, but this was super gentle. It worked really well, was easy to take off, and my skin felt really nice and soft when I was done. I will be repurchasing.

Glow Recipe, Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask; Says it works as you sleep to brighten, smooth, and hydrate without transferring to your pillow. This smells amazing! It smells like someone just chopped a giant melon and stuffed it into this tiny jar! It went on smooth, soaked into the skin nicely. So far I really like this. May repurchase, would recommend.

Laneige, Lip Sleeping Mask; Says its an intensive overnight lip mask that hydrates and smooths sensitive skin with berry nutrients and hyaluronic acid. This product is thick, and doesn't seem like it will sit well on the skin, but it is glued on to my lips. I even drank and this didn't smudge. Would love for them to come out with a tinted one for day time use. Will be repurchasing.

I think this review is pretty boring, everything was really great, Sephora did a great job at getting these items together. I would recommend this box. I really enjoyed everything in it. I hope that this helped you! From my home to yours, ENJOY!
