FabFitFun Style | Review/Questions? | Summer 2019

I was beyond excited when FFF (FabFitFun) sent out information stating that they were going to offering styling similar to StitchFix, Trunk Club, ex.. I had some ups and downs with this very new offering. Here was my first experience.

I received a box, out of the blue. I had signed up saying I wanted to participate in the program when it launched, but never received a conformation that the program had launched. I was super excited, opened the box only to find that the contents were for someone else. Someone much smaller and more serious than me. I emailed FFF and got a quick response, an apology, send that stuff back and they would send me a new box. While the stuff in the box certainly wasn't my taste or size, it seemed of good quality. So I checked out online not accepting anything. I mailed the clothing back.

The very next day I got my box in the mail. I loved four out of the five items. Not to shabby for the first run. Everything fit great. The packaging was super cute. I emailed them back and got the same response I did before, so I mailed everything back because I wasn't trying to steal anything. I still miss the grey shirt haha!

A few days later I got an email saying that since I ordered a box recently that their policy was spread them apart more and that my (replacement) box would ship in two weeks. At this point I was kinda disappointed because I liked everything I had seen so far, for the most part. I was going to order a StitchFix for the upcoming weekend for a social function, but decided against it due to them saying they were going to send me a box...

I got my "correct" box, and I am not sure how my mix up information got relayed on their end, but I think some other things got lost in translation. I really liked one dress they sent, but it was so big on me. I got two shirts, both were cropped top and oddly wide. There was a pair of shorts that were okay, but were too big as well. I ended up keeping the necklace set not because I liked it so much as I felt bad that there were three boxes sent to my house thus far. I wish there would have been an option to return items and order in a different size. I hope this is something they offer soon!

So after all this I think my advice would be, give them some time to work out these issues and try again in the future. I hope this helped!
